That person who frustrates you at work? Instead of focusing on what bothers you, try asking God how he sees them. What's special about this person? What's underneath the behaviour I'm reacting to?

When you begin to see people through God's eyes, you stop reacting and start responding — with patience, with curiosity, with genuine care. You start calling out the gold in people instead of grating up against them. And that changes everything.
